I feel I've been screw over by a car dealership. What can I do? Where can I complain...

...besides the GM? It was a Lexus dealership in California.
I'd like to write an angry letter that would have some ramifications for the dealership.

You can file a complaint with the state consumer protection office. Write to the Better Business Bureau. Send an angry letter to the regional Lexus distributor. If you bought a new car and it's not working properly, you have recourse under the state Lemon Law. You can hold a sign across from the dealership (if you are on public property) to warn other customers. Just do not get into any arguments with their salespeople because they'll call the cops on you and falsely accuse you of whatever.
