I feel ill whenever I have SCRAMBLED eggs, but not eggs cooked differently? Why?

Does anyone know why? Does this happen to anyone else?

Again, it's only SCRAMBLED eggs, so, no, it's not an egg allergy. They smell fine, taste fine, but I always feel like I'm going to puke and get a stomach ache later.
