I used to starve myself, and I lost about 15lbs. Now im 120lbs and trying to lose weight the healthy way and I want to get down to around 110-105lbs but I cant help but feeling fat every time I eat more than 500 calories and I just feel big and heavy and like im gaining weight. Im eating around 1200 calories a day and exercising 30mins a day. How can I lose weight without feeling like im binging and indulging all the time?
