I feel asleep on sofa,woke up early hours,noticed woman standing there ,I think I said who that,that and that's all I remember ,as this happend years ago,I wasn't scared atal felt ok,bit next thing I remember was waking up,I live alone and this woman was next to my bed,late 30s maby long dress think old cloths nothing modern,and this has happend twice I think and I see the sane image.my mate had sane experience but he see 2 woman at his house,he turns light onn and back onn and was still there till he rememberd waking up.what did I see?a ghost or is this sleep disorder paralysis?
