hey i got 21 days till the real test for the NG im in the 27-31 age group and i did
39 push ups 31 sit ups;( and a 17.50 min 2 mile ( i think i can do better just a bad morning for me) any quick and dirty tips for such a short time to train?
i only had 4 hours of sleep and i have not been eating well but numbers dont lie i suck!!
