I do cardio on my Schwinn 420! yes I am very excited no more trips to the gym.. anyway. I only do about 2 1/2 hours a week. Is this enough?
I know I should definitively be doing more how much do you recommend?
I am 5'7 and weight 169lbs and I'd like to be at 140lbs.
I am eating regular food.. not really dieting, like i had 3 slices of pizza during the weekend. It's hard to stay on track :/
