i excercise nearly everyday and probably eat 1000 calories a day,but my weight is

going up ? hi everyone,just need a little advise,i do 2 circuit classes on monday,1 aerobiking class on tuesday,1 hardcore commando session on wednesday,2 aerobiking classes on thursday,and swim 1 mile on satuday and sometimes try and run on a sunday......i probably have 1000/1200 calories a day but my weight is going up,i know you build muscle but im doing all this to lose it ,not put it on...should i eat more ? i eat a lot of fruit and all my food is normally fat free,lots of salad,extra lean mince and quorn....all bran and ff yogurt for breakfast...and lots of black coffee...i would be greatful or any thoughts on where im going wrong,i have lost 5 stone already but the last 6 months its not been working ....
