I eat very healthy & exercise but I can't seem to loose weight?

i'm 13 almost 14, 5 foot tall, & i weight 98 pounds. i know that's technically a healthy weight but i feel uncomfortable in a bikini, and as a dancer i have to be a little bit skinnier. just like 5-10 pounds. i gained 10 pounds over the last year when i hit my growth spurt & went through puberty, & now i feel really fat. i eat very healthy & dance a minimum of 2 hours a day. why can't i loose weight?
this would be my diet on a normal day:
breakfast-special k, orange juice, multivitamin
lunch-pbj, yogurt, piece of fruit (apple/pear/orange etc.)
after school snack-cottage cheese, yogurt, crackers, or fruit,
dinner-varies. i eat tofu burgers & vegetarian hot dogs a lot (i'm not vegetarian but the rest of my family is). i also eat pasta salad or pasta with Alfredo sauce. i also have mac & cheese a lot. & usually have some kind of salad with it, or carrots, broccoli, or cucumbers w/ ranch dressing.
dessert-once or twice a week i have a cup of ice cream. also sometimes i make fruit smoothies, that kind of thing.

can anyone give me a new daily menu thing that would help me loose 5-10 pounds by summer, or just any advice you have?
 
You are fine. You can get yourself sick if you lost too much weight. You have to learn to love yourself because you won't be happy at 88 pounds. You can't lose weight because your body is rebelling against you. You need a certain about of body fat to survive. So your body is trying to stay alive while you are trying to kill it.
