Why arn't i losing weight!? Okay, i eat very very good. I am a vegan, and eat no carbs. I excersize at least 6 times a week, if not the whole week every day doing cardio and weight lifting, could be from two hous to an hour but never less. Also, I eat all my meals raw until dinner, so always eating raw fruites and veggies and in the morning i have a fruite smothie made with a little bit of soy milk.
WHATS WRONG WITH ME!? Ive only lost like five pounds, and that was in the first week, and now, nothing im just staying put at where i am!
