I eat right and exercise but i cant loose weight?

All i drink is water and 3 glasses of skim milk for the last 6 months along with heathly eating.. Squared meals no seconds.. And i exercised 5 days a week.. Weight lifted 3 days and ran for 20 mins of the split days.. I did loos 15lbs im 6ft 180 now and for the last 6 months but im trying to get to 155 so ill loose my gut... This last week i uped my cardio to 45mins a day for 5 days and lifted weights 3 times like normal and i also play alot of basketball 3 to 4 hours a night.. Im still eating squared meals check my oother question to see exactly what im eating.. But what do i need to do to get to 8% body fat
