lower belly fat!? I don't eat any junk food, and have a lot of fruits and vegetables. i walk everywhere, and i go swimming and jogging a few times a week. i've lost some weight, but i still have lower belly fat...HELP!!!!!!
It depends on how long you've been at it. Also, you aren't doing work to get rid of it. Jogging/running is the biggest thing you can do alongside with crunches/sit ups. Even scissor kicks might help. Also, doing pushups, properly, will tighten your stomach & help you lose your lower belly fat. It'll take a while though, unless you do like 500 each night.
