i eat pretty good but once i eat bad it's like a rollercoaster for a few days...?

and it's so hard to get back on track... i will eat good for like a month then eat like one treat then the next four days i'm trying to eat as much bad food as i can to quench my sugar craving so that i can start a new the next day, but then the next time i'm like screw it i ate bad yesterday.

any suggestions?
