The insurance company(state farm) said they will not cover the repair of my husband's car since it is liability. They said they only pay the repair expense for my van because it has collision. I am wondering if this is true. He said all auto insurance company treat the same way. They will not pay if the cars are under the same owner(husband and wife are counter as teh same owner). Can anybody give me any suggestion? Thanks a lot!
