I have a palm pixi and i dropped my phone from my pocket. it felt flat on the back ( not even on the screen) and cracked in a small place. i only had this phone a month and a few days . will sprint send me a new one since this is my first time dropping it and the whole schreen stopped working or will i have to buy a whole new one ya know that 50 dollas ? i have insurance
