phone is broken? i dropped my iphone on the ground an now the part you listen through is broken i can still hear through it but it is super quite i tried turning it off and on and changing the volume but it didn't work while i am talking to someone. is their a video or a way of fixing this or will i have to take it to a shop. and if i have to take it to a shop how much will that cost
