I drink only a cup of water each day, what will this do to my health?

I drink maybe a swig of orange juice right before I leave for school in the morning, & have a small glass of water that I only take about 5 sips of when I have dinner. I work out & play tennis & dance & such but don't drink water with any of those activities. I know that drinking water is really good for you, but I hate the taste. I also don't drink like gatorade or redbull or coffee either. I also sleep for about 3 hours on a good night. I'm not sleepy during the day though. I know it seems like I'm making this stuff up or something, or I'm exaggerating but I'm not. I've been this way for a long time. I'm only 17, but what will happen to my health if I continue my lifestyle?
I also don't eat lunch, & that swig of orange juice I was talking about is usually my breakfast, if this helps
