i drink boost nutritional drink twice a day anyways its says energy drink to but since i workout and im slim i need the clories anyways my doctor says it snot an energy drink so its good to drink them since i dont gain wieght anyways can drinking 2 a day be good to help me gain muscle its boost nutritional energy drink high protien 26 vitamins and minerals goolge it anyways can i drink 2 a day.
