i dreamt of a fish what does it mean?

i dreamt that i was running a bath but stopped running it when i saw a red colourful fish swimming in it.I tried emptying out the bath to get rid of it but it did not go down the hole.I filled the bath back up again and decided not to harm it.It suddenly had to other small sea creature(its children 2 of them.) I whent to tell my mum and to show her but i later to find out it was still but not floating upside down but i thought it was dead.Its 2 children grew bigger crawling on the side of the bath but they were not fish but 2 red insects similar to centipedes.Even though it was a short dream i am sure it has a powerful meaning
