i drank Monsters Energy Drink and i start running and doing a lot of exercise,

now i feel really bad? i have pain in my chest and my stomach is upset. i want to know how worst this is going to be

you need to Relax, sit down on the couch and drink some water..you no..eat some food (not anything sweet tho it will make it way worse)
