I talked to a tech support guy and he told me I need a memory card in my phone in order for Media Go to recognize my phone. But when my phone is hooked up to the computer, Media Go does recognize it (I don't have a memory card for it).
But now, whenever I have Media Go open, regardless of whether or not my phone is hooked up, my computer crashes and restarts. Is this just a glitch? Is this happening to other people?
My question is, does anyone know or have an idea as to what's going on so I can fix it? Or should I just uninstall Media Go?
