i downloaded some free mobile phone games?

i downloaded some free mobile phone games, how do i put it onto my mobile phone? i've tried putting it onto my memory card ant then putting it onto my phone but it wont work, the cable for my phone doesn't work anymore, please help, i have an lgkf390
i tried but when i click on the file, nothing happens, its an 'executable jar file'
