i downloaded america's army 3 onto my steam but its not working?

i went to the americas army website i downloaded americas army 3 for steam pre-load completed .. i went to my games to play it ,clicked on it and a menu comes up saying America's Arm3 pre-loading is complete
a locked copy of americas army 3 is now on your computer
it says that everytime i click it.. how do i get it to play?
