I downloaded Adobe Flash Player but my computer wont install it. It keeps saying?

Everytime time this pops up I choose install but it never saves in my computer on the desktop. When I go back to the Adobe website its says "This content requires Flash
To view this content, JavaScript must be enabled, and you need the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player." But how do I get JavaScript on my computer because I only have Java.
