I got my droid eris, and I set up my email on both the HTC mail app and the stock gmail app.
I prefer to use the HTC mail app but whenever I get an email I get two alerts -- one from HTC, one from gmail. How do I delete the account on my gmail app so I only get notified from the HTC app? Thanks a bunch. Please make sure it's easy to understand because I'm a new android user.
