I don't want him to go to jail because of me?

My boyfriend is 23 and I'm 16. We're perfect for each other and we get along great. He's such a sweetheart and just an all around good guy. But I know that he can get charged with criminal intent by going out with me because I'm so young. I told him I didn't want to have sex until I was out of high school. (Apparently he wasn't even thinking about sex.) But anyways I just don't want him to get in trouble because of me.

So I suggested we break up. He refused. He didn't want to lose me and he kept saying it was worth it and that I was the "perfect crime". But I'm really concerned. I also suggested that if he were really into me that he could wait a couple years and he said that there's no point in waiting.

What should I do?

honestly, if you like him alot or love him you should stay with him
dont do anything you will regret...sex...because especially if your parents dont like him he will go to jail and sex offender will follow him for the rest of his life.
but if your relationship is just starting i would suggest breaking up because in the future you might want to take the relationship farther.
