I don't want AP U.S History anymore, can my mum do something?

I've been stressed and i have to consume a large amount of time to do work. I can't even eat after school. I just have AP US History and English. i would ask the counselor myself but you know how adults and administration/staff are like very moody and picky.
I just want regular U.S History
Currently I have an F in it and like a C, D or F in English in the rest of my classes I'm OK
