I dont understand so help please on this question?

GM says there about out of cash well so are a lot of other businesses and they cant go running to the government crying for help how can GM????
 
The Problem is that Obama will tax the wealthy more The government won't help as much .The best way for them to gain more money is to reduce more of what they spend on. It's like taking little baby steps. :)
