I understand what we are fighting, but what I don't understand is how we will decide when the war is over? How do you declare victory on a war against terrorism? Won't there always be terrorists, no matter how many wars we fight againt it?
I understand that we are getting rid of terrorists, and that is good, but when do we stop? Once we stop, won't they just come out in full force again?
And no, I don't really understand the war on poverty either.
