I don't know why but all of a sudden my mare wants to be spooky?

She seems to always be looking for things to be afraid of. This is new behavior and I would like to nip it in the bud. Can you help me? Thanks.
The vet comes out on Tuesday for her yearly physical and vaccines. Perfect timing to have her eyes checked. I hope its not her eyes. That would be terrible.
