They've been hurting like no other!
I thought maybe it was my running shoes because they are a year old and i got new ones today and decided to take a run and see if things got better. But sadly, things are far worse.
I ran less than a mile and my arches were KILLING me. Maybe its because I have to break the new shoes in but I don't really don't know...
I was really disapointed by only running a mile so I decided to go home without stopping from the pain but instead to slow down if it got intense or anything. This made things worse and by the time I was almost home, my left foot was NUMB. I literally lost the feeling of the bottom of my foot and my two smallest toes...
Anyone know what I should do to make my arch pains less intense or even go away? My shoes may be to tight they are a little snug but not to bad or anything...Whenever I don't wear shoes my arches don't hurt but I run slower because well...obvious reasons there.
How can I get rid of these horribly stabbing pains?
I have to run a 1600 next week and I want to be ship shapped for that.
