i dont know what to write for my boyfriends poem help please?

today is our 4th month anniversary. and i cant see him because my mom found out im dating him and alot of stuff happend.

so, i want to write him a nice lovely poem.
but idk how to start off with.
i know it suppose to come from the heart. i just cant put it in words
can someone help me?
