i dont know how to count calories? how should i count what i ate?...?

in addition to what i ate before. im planning to have a snack at around 3pm, i guess i will eat 2 citrus fruit, so i can get vitamin C..then at around 5:30pm, i will eat 1 small serving of chicken noodles, noodles only without chicken meat i guess...
is that enough for the day?
this is my 4th day of diet..and im planning to exercise start on monday...
how s that? am i in the right path?
im 32 y/old, 5'4", 150lbs, married with 1 child..
