S SuperH New member Mar 18, 2010 #1 I do something called the plank. been doing it for 4 weeks and i have increased my time a lot. The thing is, i really don't enjoy doing this exercise. its annoying and i hate it. It's not that i can't do it. Should i continue doing it?
