I dodged the draft in 1970, i had to change my idenity, anybody else dodge the draft?

I am proud I dodged the draft. I never went to canada, I stayed here in the U.S. I applied for CO status, and it was denied. I did have to go to some trouble to create a new idenity though.

I volunteered in 1970 for active duty USMC, for 4 years. No regrets.

Yes, I pulled a slick on one them and volunteered before they could draft me in 1972.
