I got it in the mail today from ebay and tried to activate it. It told me that I need a data plan. So I havn't set it up yet and I'm wondering how to avoid the 45$ plan. All the other posts said I didnt need one so I got it. HELP PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
