browser, some websites are accsble? For example, when I got to the web tab on my phones WAP browser, some sites are free like CNN and ESPN, Aquaweather, Acesshollywood, reuters.. etc... but if I try to access facebook or soem other site , it gives me a subsciption upsell saying I Need a data plan. why? will I get charged for using the 'free' sites?
