I didn't set family settings on my Xbox, yet I can't watch Clerks!?

Yeah, so I bought the 360 with my friend, and we never put family settings on, and then I tried to play Clerks on it and it won't let me! It says the parental settings prohibits it! I don't know the goddamn password 'cause I didn't make the settings!

Anyone know how I can fix this so I can watch this damn movie?
