I desire him in every way, but his insecurities don't allow him to believe me, how

do I make him believe me? This guy and I spend a large amount of time with each other, almost every day to be exact. We are physically active, and i show him in many ways that I desire him. I tell him how appealing he looks, and how attracted to him I am. I'm always touching his body in some way. He should know that I desire him very much so, but he has self confidence issues, and insecurities that lead him to believe that I don't desire him. He bases his outlook on logic, and physical contact, and how I act, or what he thinks I want or don't want. His insecurities make me insecure, because I want him to know that I desire him both physically, as well as emotionally. How do I show him? Or how do I make him less insecure? I want him to believe me, because we are getting in too serious of a relationship for him not to believe me...I don't understand.
