i cut and im 18 i still go to school im mt own guardian if i talk to the guidance's councilor can she do any?

Thang if i dont eant her to and what will she do. im my legal parent and if i tell her i dont want her to do any thing but just listen. but im scared to tell her so i dont know what to do.
