I currently have AT&T provided internet service and have for a long time. Recently though, the internet started to become really terrible, leaving me with ridiculously high pings and lagging in online games, as well as simply losing internet connection all together. I've called AT&T support but haven't had my problem resolved yet, and most of the people I talk to tell me that AT&T is a terrible service provider and that is the source of all my problems. The only thing keeping me from changing is my email address. I originally got the email from AT&T through Yahoo, but it is actually a really old "[email protected]" type address. My question is basically, if I decide to leave AT&T can I keep this long established email address or will I have to create another one?
