I could I get my iPhone fixed?

I have had my iPhone 3GS since November 09. I shattered my screen a few months later and had the screen replaced at a cellular repair place for 90$ when at at&t it would've been 200$. Well, the screen was great and just fine, but tonight the screen got a little wet and now the touch is off. It says I press different keys than I really do. Can the apple people tell if the cellular repair place replaced my screen? Because I am still under warranty. I was wondering if apple will say that since the other place had fixed it, they will say no. Or if they would even be able to tell....
 
Go to a apple store ok find out if it was under warranty then I don't think there will be a problem just go and get it fix gosh you and my brother to lazy to go and get stuff fixed...Lol When read read this.. I want you to get off the computer and and go to a apple store....
