I cooked fresh peaches, but the liquid is too thin?

I would like to make a peach pie, but the liquid is too thin. Do I need to thicken it up or just use less liquid or make a cobbler?
 
Corn Starch or Flour are both thickeners, but it may change the taste if you have to add alot. I would suggest doing a little of both. Try to thicken it up and don't use too much of the liquid. Just add a little bit at a time.
