different.? is that wrong, should it only be deemed racism between two different ethnic groups such as chinese and african and european.
 
It is racist if you automatically assume that they are inferior. I do not believe it is racist to give a reasoned opinion that some of their cultural practises are wrong or inferior e.g. the genital mutilation inflicted on girls from some african countries is WRONG.
It is racist if you verbally or physically abuse someone because they are from a different ethnic group or country.
