...front lights only work? the front light only work nothing eles the batteray has jucie in it but nothing will turn on is it the alternater?, i have no clue, is it still the battaery
 
first always clean and tighten battery cables which get dirty on inside and wil most likely be ok
 
you blew some fuses. check them with a test light. and see which ones you blew. and replace. if the dash lights work when you are replacing it. you have ignition.
 
In line between the battery and a fuse box you have two you have probably blown a fuseable link. It is in line on a piece of wire, not much bigger than the wire, they are hard to find but if you have a meter follow each wire off the battery.
 
you may want to try changing the battery out you may have fried the battery, but i would check the fuses in the fuse panel first to make sure you didnt blow one.
 
by the battery pos cable check for fuse there if not there in the black fuse box under the hood you blew a fuse
