I claimed the wrong phone with the T-mobile insurance company, Asurion?

Okay so I was filing a claim.
They asked what kind of phone was lost.
I put down T-mobile MyTouch 4g when actually is was the MyTouch Slide.
Then the website told me "further verification is needed, please contact us."

Will they let me pay the deductible for the 4g instead?
Or are they going to ask me why did I choose the wrong phone?
Is this what always happens even if I were to choose the right phone?
How much is the deductible anyways?
Can I get the MyTouch 4G instead of the MyTouch Slide because the deductible is the same amount ($130)
