I cheated on a test and it is eating me alive inside?

I did not need to, it was soo easy. Yet, I did it anyway. It was my first time cheating and I can;t take it. It's eating me alive inside...I can't even eat. I wrote a few notes on my sheet and that was it...
This is college. No one caught me...yet. I'm just paranoid and feel horrible. I feel like i murdered someone or something...God, I can't take it...

What could happen?
