I changed the oil in my 97 Jeep Cherokee and now the pressure gauge reads 0?

Is this a problem? It (the gauge) was bouncing around between 0 and 20 before I changed it, but now it won't move. So far there aren't any funny sounds so I figure it's alright, just wanted to see if I'm missing something. I changed the oil, oil filter, and air filter.
Slight update, I was using 10w30 before, and I switched to 5w30, could this play a part?
 
Make sure there is nothing wrong with the fuel pump. If not probably the gauge is screwed up from changing the oil filter.
