I Changed something In my Samsung Rogue & I Cant Receive Pics Now?!?!?

I was messing around with my phone, made some changes and then I couldn't receive or send pics, and I cant use the Internet anymore. When I get The pictures, it just says connecting and it stays like that for a while, and then it says Message Receipt Failed. Does anyone have any idea of what it could have been that I changed?
I tried looking back and changing other things but it still doesn't work

I will very much Appreciate any help!
