Hi
I am currently working with a client who is an A subcontracted consultant was unwilling to file H1 for me, I found my files A and B consultant h1. I recently contracted last month has been 8 months and I'm facing a problem with the employer greatly enhanced.
So I can speak directly to the client and B to change my employer remove the middle layer. Not yet filed my H1 and it take me another 2 months to get approved for H1 can.
I take great until my H1 gets approved and then have to change my employer or I can do it now. Some said it is difficult to remove the middle layer as my contract already has been sent to an employer. I ask my clients the new contract rather than the employer to employer B may now send one? Or for my H1 gets approved I better to wait until an H1 and then ask them if they could change my file to your employer, but then it would be another 3 or 4 months and it may be more difficult to sign the contract the employer B.

Some one please help me.

Thanks in advance.

If you contract of employment imposes a penalty if you switch employers are asking your current employer, your work is prohibited for a client, or a non-agreement that a new employer to prevent customers from taking include competition, we do not use employment contracts. What is your current position I am not clear about, or exactly what you want to ask.
