i can't write a not on facebook, can anyone tell me how.?

everytime i click on note, this pops up:
No recently added notes to display.Use the Publisher above to add your own.
where is the publisher?
 
try going down to the very bottom of the page. where it says aplications. there should be little symbols 2 represent diff. aplications u have. there should be a 'notes' aplication. if not, try ur facebook search.
